Becoming a mom is a transformative journey!
I am passionate about educating, supporting and empowering new moms! Traditionally, the postpartum period was time, when a new mom was attended to and taken care of by other experienced mothers, so that she could focus on the vital tasks of recovery, emotional and physical adjustment, and getting to know her precious baby. Today few families have such support, and frequently become overwhelmed by the tremendous adjustment to parenthood. I believe Postpartum care is not a luxury, it is a necessity! This is why I became a Doula! |

Postpartum Doula Support Package:
As your Postpartum Doula I will lovingly guide and support your family through this transition journey, commonly called the 4th Trimester, to help you have the best start possible with your new baby. As your Postpartum & Infant Care Doula, my promises are that:
- I will provide you with a one hour Complimentary Consultation -
- I will be by your side to offer a loving, non-judgmental, listening ear.
- I will allow you to get much needed sleep by lovingly caring for your precious one.
- I will assist you with breastfeeding guidance.
- I will provide you with a nourishing meal (if desired).
- I will share my insight to various parenting philosophies .
- I will help you, as parents, create newborn and child care strategies that align with your philosophies.
- I will help you recognize the normal signs of post birth (vaginal or surgical) recovery.
- I will share techniques for comfort as your baby adjusts to life outside of the womb.
- I will educate you on newborn care and infant hygiene.
- I will provide you with infant feeding support; be it breast, bottle, or a combination of both.
- I will assist you with light housekeeping and laundry.
- I will pray for you and with you (if desired).
Day and Night Support
As your doula, I can provide day and evening support to you and your family for one day, one week, one month or an extended amount of time.
With my 20 years of Early Childhood Education/Child Development I can answer your parenting questions, ease your mind and help you gain confidence to become a great parent.
Daytime and Evenings - 4 hours - $180.00
Overnight - 8 hours - $325.00
I offer a variety of postpartum packages ranging from 24 hours to 500 hours that can be used for daytime, overnight or both.
Nurture Package A: 4 visits - 4 hours of support per visit.............$700
Nurture Package B: 6 visits - 4 hours of support per visit.............$950
Nurture Package C: 8 visits - 4 hours of support per visit.............$1300
Live -In Support
Coming home with your new baby can be overwhelming for even the most experienced mom. I am here to help!
I am available to stay with you from the moment you get home for up to seven (7) days.
I'll be there to support you and your family in making this special time more enjoyable and less overwhelming.
Aunty Lynn will take care of you and your baby so you can rest, recover and bond.
Live in Support - 7 days - $2000.00
